We were fortunate to have invited Yang Berhormat Datuk Seri Panglima Wilfred Madius Tangau, Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Malaysia to witness the signing ceremony between HICO International Accelerator (China) and BMGS Services (Malaysia). This has marked that HICO has extended its incubation and accelerator business model duplicating the twin industrial park business modal which has been both in Malaysia and China.

The master Twin industrial park was initiated by the former Prime Minister of China and Malaysia to jointly develop the Malaysia-China Kuantan Industrial Park and Malaysia-China Qinzhou Industrial Park. It has become the world first twin industrial park for the two countries. The twin park business modal is a successful attempt by the chinese enterprise in venturing abroad and in their inbound cooperation. The signing ceremony of China Guangxi HICO International Accelerator and BMGS Services have brought about the implementation of the " One Belt One Road initiative ". This symbolizes an indispensable role especially in the development of the Science and Technology of the two countries.
