The 4th China (Guangzhou) International Biomass Energy Exhibition 2014 was successfully held on 28th August 2014 with the effort and support from the government, representatives from all walks of life, media and organizingcommittees. Malaysian Biomass Industries Confederation (MBIC) as the supporting organization of the 4th China (Guangzhou) International Biomass Energy Exhibition 2014 was invited to participate in the exhibition. Our company was represented by Mr. William Tong, the director to attend the exhibition.

Mr. William Tong and Dato’ Leong Kin Mun as well as the members of MBIC have reached an initial agreement with the leaders of enterprises from various countries at the exhibition. The exhibition was supported by more than 100 government linked institutions and new energy industry association, with more than 140 exhibitors and attracted more than 17000 international and local buyers. The exhibition was covered by more than 300 local andinternational media. The “Chinese Biomass Energy Industry Summit 2014” was held subsequently at the exhibition which gathered all the industry experts from all regions to further explore the development, technology and industrial model adjustment of biomass industry.
By participating in the exhibition, it has allowed us to master the forefront information of the industry. It is crucial for us to continue in seeking cooperation and promoting development of the industry i.e. to promote the technology and products of the industry to further enhance the bilateral trade relationships between Malaysia and China andto create a win-win situation.
