Dato' Leong believe that as the United Kingdom (UK) is about to officially leave the European Union, another "Black-Swan" is expected to usher in the financial market, and investor must be cautions.

Dr. Edward Ho stated that: As global businesses have realised that digital technology plays an important role in the company's future development, they have invested available resources in related fields.
He said that domestic enterprises must clearly understand where they are in the development of digital technology, and then take further actions to catch up with the trend of digital technology. However, there are some companies whether domestic or oversea countries are facing a shortage of talents in digital technology.
An example gave by Dr. Edward Ho that the digital marketing has given birth to the sharing economy and encouraged many startup to grow into unicorns, including neighbour country, Indonesia. Which has a native unicorn Go-jek and Malaysia's social, technological and political environment.

Mr Foong said that the volatility of the industry lasts for 10 years. The current downturn in the industry and the spread of rumours have deterred many investors.
Investment in real estate used the principle of leverage to buy preferred real estate with 10% to 20% of cash. If the price of the real estate rises sharply, it can be recovered after the sale, otherwise it can maintain its value.
He suggested that investors can looking to invest in relevant real estate in areas such as Johor Bahru, Kuching or south of Kuala Lumpur and they can also target the investment market such as eco-tourism, silver-haired aristocrats and eduction, so that they get positive returns.
