“ Rome wasn’t built in a day”  – To succeed in business today, it is not sufficient by just participating in one exhibition ;  it requires a constant participation and choose the right and potential venue or exhibition, screening data, gather experiences to expand the businesses. For example, even though Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, however , due to its location in the northern region, slow in development, it also became a highly potential area for businesses. Besides that ,  ASEAN an emerging market also become the choice of China for import and export businesses. Customer instability and small scale orders may exist  during the exhibitions. In fact, this happens  in every emerging market, however , after a certain period of time and cooperation, it is further nurtured to build and maintain trust, sometimes even the smallest client can become your largest client.

Many businesses often lose the passion and confidence in participating in exhibitions. Once the first deal is not reached, sometimes , this has cause the loss of  customers. We often come across some local buyers at the exhibition who may have  brought a copy of a company profile from last year, looking for the company ;  yet ,  couldn’t get in touch with the company. This certainly has caused the company to suffer  losses.

This is utterly important and beneficial to the customers to have a better understanding about the local policies and information, thus,  providing a good understanding for the businesses in decision making. The businesses also get to learn how to analyze and digest the information that they received at the exhibition. By understanding more about the local market, it will assist the businesses in building a solid foundation to open up the local market and achieve  fruitful results.
